Finally! After tons of hard work and dedication, we have finally finished construction!

We would love to thank everyone for their patience with our development.

We have completed Phase 1, and the buyers have started to move in!

The completion of the first phase got pushed back because the construction crew had a massive issue with the supply chain to get the materials onto the site. Another problem we faced at Harrison was the inconsistent weather. Because of the flood and heatwave over the summer, our team would’ve gotten ill working during those times. We had to pause many of the external finishings of the house until the weather calmed.

Even though we are facing labour shortages, the construction crew has been working nonstop on the weekdays sometimes until the evenings. Our interior crew has been coming on the weekends as well to compensate for the lost time.

Many developments if not all, faced delays in their construction timeline due to the supply and labour shortages in Canada on top of COVID-19.

Hope this clarifies the situation. We apologize for the delay.
